The Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio (ULGSO) has been one of the region's premier civil rights organizations since 1949, growing to touch more than 29,000 individuals and nearly 1,500 businesses each year across 12 counties from Northern Kentucky to Dayton. Its Urban Champions Youth Leadership Program served over 350 youth in 2025 through violence prevention, mental health support, academics, college tours, and workforce training, including a Youth Summit drawing more than 300 participants. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support the Urban Champions Youth Leadership Program.
