Strategies to End Homelessness (STEH) was established in 2007 and serves as the intermediary organization that ensures that there is a coordinated system of care for the homeless in Cincinnati and Hamilton County. STEH provides oversight of the integrated network of homeless services providers and service organizations. They provide a centralized emergency shelter hotline (CAP), homelessness prevention, street outreach, emergency shelter and housing services, all working together to eliminate individual and family homelessness in our community. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support The Central Access Point (CAP) Helpline for the Homeless.
