Formed in 2007 through the merger of three long-standing Cincinnati agencies rooted in the mission of the Sisters of Mercy, Mercy Neighborhood Ministries (MNM) has built more than three decades of experience helping under-resourced women and adults enter the healthcare workforce. MNM is the city's only certified home care aide training provider, and its Education Pathways to Healthcare Careers program served 379 individuals in 2024, with 87 percent securing employment within 90 days of graduation. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support Education Pathways to Healthcare Careers for Young Adults.
