Luke 5 Adventures, founded in 2019, provides individuals with disabilities access to outdoor hiking experiences, enabling over 500 participants to enjoy nature since its inception. Serving people of all ages with mobility challenges, Luke 5 partners with organizations like Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Great Parks of Hamilton County to foster inclusivity and community. With trained volunteers and adaptive equipment, the organization facilitates over 1,500 hikes, helping participants combat isolation, build connections, and advocate for accessibility. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support the Be Well Accessible Hiking Program Series for Young People Living with Disabilities.
