Formed in 2020 through the merger of two legacy organizations each with over 40 years of experience, Learning Grove is the region's cradle-to-career education nonprofit, serving approximately 900 children in early learning centers, 1,100 students in before- and after-school programs, and 1,500+ high school students annually through college and career preparation. The Learning Grove Institute focuses specifically on professional development and retention of early childhood educators through coaching, training, and new hire support. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support the Learning Grove Institute: Retaining and Developing Teachers in Early Learning Programs.
