For 46 years, LADD has provided residential programs supporting independent living for adults with developmental disabilities. The consistent and reliable quality of LADD’s services is reflected in the organization successfully renewing its CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities) accreditation over the past 15 years. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will fund Post-Covid Supported Employment.
