La Soupe is a new and rising non-profit seeking to fulfill a dual purpose in the local food system – rescue useable produce from landfills and feed hungry families. Based east of Cincinnati proper, La Soupe works with partners in both Hamilton and Clermont counties. While there are many non-profits endeavoring to feed hungry families, no other is doing so by rescuing produce and turning it into healthy meals for those in need.
