Founded in 1924 by James N. Gamble of Procter & Gamble, City Gospel Mission (CGM) has served the Greater Cincinnati community for more than a century, helping people experiencing homelessness and poverty through food and shelter, addiction recovery, job training, and youth development. CGM serves approximately 6,800 adults and 3,500 youth annually, supported by a network of 14,500 donors and 2,500 volunteers, with its Whiz Kids program providing tutoring and mentoring to at-risk children at 30 sites across the city. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support Whiz Kids Tutoring & Mentoring.
