The Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) is was formed in July 2003, recommended by a City of Cincinnati Economic Development Task Force, to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of economic development in the City of Cincinnati. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support Washington Park Children's Programming.
