The Catholic Inner-City School Education Fund (CISE) supports students in inner-city Catholic schools by providing tuition assistance and resources to ensure academic success. Serving a predominantly non-Catholic and racially diverse population, CISE focuses on preparing students for kindergarten readiness and future academic achievement. Strong outcomes, such as high acceptance rates into Catholic high schools and successful literacy benchmarks, reflect the program's impact. Since its founding, CISE has expanded its reach with many new schools and preschools, emphasizing the long-term benefits of early education for urban children. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support the CISE Education of Children with Physical, Mental, and Developmental Disabilities.
