Capital Roots, formerly Capital District Community Gardens, is a private non-profit community service organization that has been helping residents of Albany, Rensselaer, and Schenectady Counties, in New York, improve their neighborhoods through community gardening, healthy food access and urban greening programs for more than 30 years.
