Founded in 1973 in Northern Kentucky, BAWAC Community Rehabilitation Center has spent more than five decades providing employment, rehabilitation, and life skills training to individuals with physical, cognitive, developmental, and mental health disabilities across six counties. In FY2024, BAWAC served 420 individuals through programs including supported employment, community rehabilitation, job training, and transportation — averaging 225 riders per day. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support Pathways to Independence: Youth Employment for Young Adults with Disabilities.
