Founded in 2008 by Nancy Eigel-Miller in memory of her husband who died by suicide, 1N5 has grown into one of Greater Cincinnati's leading mental health education nonprofits, reaching more than 300 K–12 schools, six universities, and 150 community partners across Southwest Ohio. As Ohio's largest provider of the evidence-based Sources of Strength program, 1N5 works to reduce stigma, build resiliency, and prevent suicide through education and advocacy. A gift from the Pfau Foundation will support Building Resiliency in Youth.
